Certain Services are offered through paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal. Refunds are handled per our posted refund policy or program terms.

All content, branding, software, and features are owned by BusinessGrants Inc and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or mass-download data without authorization.

Misrepresent yourself, your organization, or your eligibility.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BusinessGrants Inc provides no guarantee of results, grant awards, or funding.

We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Communications
By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive messages related to program participation, summit or mastermind reminders, onboarding instructions, promotional offers, educational resources, customer service notifications, and operational updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
